Please remove event-rpc from raring, both the source package and it's binary package event-rpc-perl
The package description has a typo and the package originally came from debian-multimedia repository but has been changed to a transitional dummy package in version 0.90-0.1ubuntu1 which has been present since ubuntu hardy, so it can be safely removed now. The binary package has no rdepends.
