Title:
  --plugin-add, --plugin-remove, and --plugin-load examples are wrong

Status in A Lightweight SQL Database for Cloud Infrastructure and Web Applications:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  The examples for --plugin-add and --plugin-remove from
  http://docs.drizzle.org/options.html#plugin-loading-options and
  drizzled --help are wrong. The examples are "--
  plugin_add=crc32,console,pbxt" and "--plugin_remove=syslog,md5".  The
  underscores in the option names are wrong. drizzled fails to start
  with error "unknown option plugin_remove". The correct options are
  --plugin-add and --plugin-remove.

  drizzled --help lists an example for --plugin-load which is similarly
  wrong.
