[Bug 1084021] Re: New descriptions are replaced by old ones

Not sure. After the fresh import from Debian this came up again. Maybe
it is just because there is a difference between the Ubuntu DDTP
translations and Debian's translations. It seems to me that Debian
translations sometimes overwrite Ubuntu translations after an import.

I'll check and post some affected strings.

Title:
New descriptions are replaced by old ones

Status in Package Descriptions for Ubuntu (to make translation easy):
  New
Status in Ubuntu Translations:
  New

Bug description:
This is happening for a whole bunch of strings that have been
translated before. New translations don't disappear but appear as
suggestions and old translations are getting current. It is easy to
fix this by simply confirming all the suggestions again, but is not
fun to confirm about 200-300 suggestions for each ddtp-template every
  release, however.

Because of the Launchpad-OOPS-Bug I cannot give a static link to an
example but here is a link that's working right now (which could
  change): https://translations.launchpad.net/ddtp-ubuntu/quantal/+pots
  /ddtp-ubuntu-main/de/8847/+translate
