Assigning to superm1 as he has access to the packaging stuff.

Since both the backend and frontend need these files, we should probably
move them into mythtv-common

  mythtv-backend missing translation files

Status in Mythbuntu, Ubuntu derivative focused upon MythTV:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Upstream found we're missing a bunch of translation files.
  mythtv-backend needs the following files installed (translations for mythtv-setup)

  mythfrontend_*.qm

  Should be installed with other application files in
  /usr/share/mythtv/i18n/

  
  These are currently installed with mythtv-frontend (and need to continue to do so)
