  Audio recoding api not working in chromium

Status in “chromium-browser” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  I've activated the api in chrome://flags but even then i get no audio
  recorded. Audio recoding works in Audacity so it has nothing to do
  with my mic.

  I've test it with this apps:

  - https://github.com/mattdiamond/Recorderjs
