Bug description:
with HTON_SKIP_STORE_LOCK, startStatement() isn't called due to code
in lock.cc skipping things for no locked tables. hrm.

ENGINE STATE : BEGIN
Expected Engine state ::doGetTableDefinition()but engine in BEGIN instead.
Expected Engine state ::SEAPITester()but engine in BEGIN instead.

Cursor STATE : ::rnd_next() <- *BUG*
