  Reverse does not work for .mts or .avi files

Bug description:
  1) OpenSuSE 12.3
  2) From Build Service
  3) openshot version 1.4.3
  4) melt version 0.8.8

  ffmpeg version 1.2.1

  After "reversing" a clip through options, Openshot does one of:

  - makes video black
  - starts playing non-reversed video from kinda random position
  - just crashes

  About first one, output in console:
  on_tlbPlay_clicked called with self.GtkToolButton
  [h264 @ 0x9c82dd60] reference picture missing during reorder
  [h264 @ 0x9c82dd60] Missing reference picture, default is 0
  [h264 @ 0x9c82dd60] decode_slice_header error
  [h264 @ 0x9c8302e0] reference picture missing during reorder

      first_image == NULL get image died

  About other cases: first one is the most common, but other two occur
  from time to time (say, when set video back to Forward direction,
  save, and then back to Reverse and Play it)
