[Bug 1214122] Re: video clips display only as white
As melt doesn't play/seek the file correctly, the problem is in the MLT
Framework. You can log a bug with them if you wish, but it's not
something that can be fixed in OpenShot.

I have a series of videos that are between 1 and 5 frames long. They
play in Totem and VLC but display only as white in Openshot 1.4.5 (64
Bit Ubuntu 13.04)
1) Does the video play and seek correctly with "ffplay"?
Yes
2) Does the video play and seek correctly with "melt"?
No
3) Please include details on the video file:
Seems stream 0 codec frame rate differs from container frame rate: 30000.00 (30000/1) -> 29.97 (30000/1001)
