This bug still affects Saucy (Chromium 29.0.1547.65-0ubuntu2) after an
upgrade from Raring, with only default fonts installed.

Bug description:
Install chromium-browser and visit a page with Korean text, e.g.:
http://ko.wikipedia.org/wiki/%EC%84%A0%ED%92%8D%EA%B8%B0_%EC%82%AC%EB%A7%9D%EC%84%A4
Hangul text inside the rendering area (but not outside it, e.g. tabs)
is smashed together; see attached screenshot.
