Title:
Omnibox text jumps up and down while typing

Status in Chromium Browser:
  Unknown
Status in “chromium-browser” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Type some text in the Chromium address bar

Expected behavior: text does not jump up and down

Actual behavior: text jumps up and down (see attached screencast).

Apologies for the large size of the screencast. I tried to unplug my
external monitor to reduce the image size to 1366x768, but
unfortunately GNOME Shell produced a 2646x1024 video anyway (most of
it black), and the file size was larger in the end (3 megs instead of
1). And Kazam segfaulted when I tried to use it instead.
