  appear-ui.xml in Mythbuntu theme broken

Status in Mythbuntu, Ubuntu derivative focused upon MythTV:
  New

Bug description:
  It looks like this file is outdated, it's used for the screen wizard
  for example (mythtscreenwizard). AFAICS the 'blackout' and 'preview'
  elements are missing, thus I get a "Could not instantiate, please
  check appear-ui.xml for errors" error message. Replacing with the
  default theme's appear-ui.xml fixes things.
