There are indeed 2 sentences. The first one is:
"While not all the advanced features of mkgmap are implemented in mkgmapgui, the most used are."
which means:
"While not all the advanced features of mkgmap are implemented in mkgmapgui, the most used (features) are (implemented)."

So, this is not a bug :-)
