the wubi section is removed from 13.04 and will no langer be present in
future versions of our manual.

  It looks like Wubi will be dropped for Ubuntu 13.04. You can read the

  If Wubi is indeed dropped, we should probably remove the Wubi
  instructions from the installation chapter and Wubi glossary entry.
