[Bug 1253145] Re: Mouse pointer

I've faced the same trouble on a fresh install of Ubuntu Gnome 13.10
64bits on Asus S300 (Core i3 & touch screen).

As soon as I launch OpenShot (version from the official repo), the mouse cursor disappear after few seconds.
Only way to get it back is to reboot.

It seems linked to this bug : https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=694758
So, there is a simple way to avoid it : just throw this command once :

  # gsettings set org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.cursor active false

After next reboot, it should be part of the past.

Hope it helps.

Version of Openshot installed: the last one
BZR Revision used (if any) :

  FFmpeg installation : ???
