This is probably the wrong place to file a distribution's bug, as they
should have the dependencies matching together.

However, those versions are very old -- both drizzle and Ubunut 11.04,
As far as I can see, Ubuntu 11.04 is already end-of-life since more than
a year.

You should probably try  a more recent release of Ubuntu and install it
from their repositories

  Nowhere can I find  libdrizzledmessage0 2010.10.02-0ubuntu1~lucid0.deb
  it depends!

  PS And also the site doc.drizzle.org is inaccessible !
