Title:
  Not prompted to remove CD and hit enter after installing and rebooting

Status in Mythbuntu, Ubuntu derivative focused upon MythTV:
  New

Bug description:
  There was no message to remove the disk and to hit enter after
  rebooting (nor did hitting enter work). I reset the VM and it came up
  correctly though. This only happened on i386 (amd64 worked correctly)
  and was tested in virtualbox.
