This bug can't be reproduced in Google Chrome 35.0.1916.47 beta aura (on
a VM with Ubuntu 13.04), the menus look the same in classic theme as in
GTK+ theme.

Bug description:
  Since Aura, menu sizes are too large. Classic theme is much too large, and the GTK theme is still larger than the real GTK menus before Aura. See attachment for a comparison.
  Ideally all menus should have their old sizes back.
