[Bug 845283] Re: Disk Eject Error During Install
We really do appreciate you opening this ticket to help improve
Mythbuntu, but it needs to be closed for a number of reasons. The
biggest one is that upstream believes this to be fixed in the latest
version. Could you please verify if this issue still exists in the
latest version?
Please do not let the closing of this ticket dissuade you from opening a
new ticket if this (or any other) problem occurs with the newer
versions.

Title:
Disk Eject Error During Install
Status in Mythbuntu, Ubuntu derivative focused upon MythTV:
Won't Fix
Bug description:
Oneiric 11.10 release: After installing Mythbuntu, normal procedure is
to hit enter to eject the disk and reboot per screen instructions. A
problem occurs as the disk fails to eject after pressing enter. I do a
cntr-alt-del and the screen goes to a list of daemons shutting down
but sticks on one that says /var/run/dbus/system_bus_socket: no such
file or directory. Where at this point I can eject the disk and must
do a hard reboot. And the MythTV afterward comes up as normal.
