[Bug 1259713] Re: Mythweb .27 is broken

We really do appreciate you opening this ticket to help improve
Mythbuntu, but it needs to be closed for a number of reasons. The
biggest one is that upstream has moved on to a new version and believes
this to be fixed. Could you please verify if this issue still exists in
the latest version?

Please do not let the closing of this ticket dissuade you from opening a
new ticket if this (or any other) problem occurs with the newer
versions.

Title:
  Mythweb .27 is broken

Status in Mythbuntu, Ubuntu derivative focused upon MythTV:
  Expired

Bug description:
Installed mythweb on ubuntu 13.10. When I enter host-ip/mythweb into
browser I see the mythweb directory. Restarted apache from browser
and debugged errors until configtest worked. No joy. Researched on
web and found that apache 2.2 is required and 13.10 has apache 2.4.
Downgraded to 2.2, reinstalled mythweb, debugged mythweb.conf from
terminal, clean restart of apache, no errors in logfile, but blank
  screen for host-ip/mythweb.
