Message #13549
[Bug 1526963] [NEW] mythburn.py crashes: AttributeError: 'weakref' object has no attribute 'commit'
Public bug reported:
While archiving a mpg video to DVD, I go through all the steps to define
what I want to write to DVD, press the 'next' button, and after a delay,
the log view is displayed, but no text, and nothing is happening. When
I look in mythburn.log, I find the following error message:
Traceback (most recent call last):

File "/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/MythTV/_conn_mysqldb.py", line 98, in commit
def commit(self): self.connection.commit()
AttributeError: 'weakref' object has no attribute 'commit'
That's the whole content of the file. I have had this working before,
but it was several months ago, probably with a different release of
mythtv.
