** Description changed:

  Architecture (64 bits or 32 bits) :
  Linux Mint 64 bits

Installation Method : official ppa + sudo apt-get install
Version of Openshot installed : 2.0.6

Invalid Memory Access happens (with nothing else logged to the terminal) when doing:
  (1) adding a new clip
  (2) opening the cut clip dialog after right clicking on the added clip
  (3) moving the current clip preview position to the end
  (4) crash

  Happens everytime.

The clip I use is a .webm file with On2 VP8 video codec and Vorbis Mono
- audio.
+ audio. It has been created using Cheese Video Capture.
