[Bug 1604257] [NEW] Black frames inserted when stitching clips

Public bug reported:

Even using the snapping tool I have few black frames inserted between
clips. In a movie with 21 clips there are only 3 clips inserted, but
still there are these three black frames.

Openshot version: OpenShot 1.4.3
Usiung debian testing (stretch) 
 Linux proteus 4.6.0-1-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 4.6.3-1 (2016-07-04) x86_64 GNU/Linux
Openshot installed using official deb repository package:
 ii  openshot                                                    1.4.3-1.2                              all          Create and edit videos and movies
 ii  ffmpeg                                                      7:3.0.2-4                              amd64        Tools for transcoding, streaming and playing of multimedia files
ii  libavcodec57:amd64                                          7:3.0.2-4                              amd64        FFmpeg library with de/encoders for audio/video codecs - runtime files
ii  libavcodec57:i386                                           7:3.0.2-4                              i386         FFmpeg library with de/encoders for audio/video codecs - runtime files
