[Bug 1620890] [NEW] C++ runtime error when drag and drop video

 

Public bug reported:

I was dragging an AVI file into the program to place it in my project,
and as soon as I moused over the window, all hell broke loose! Pop ups
saying C++ error, and the program crashed.
