[Bug 1629815] [NEW] Videos do not play smoothly in any web browser

Any web browser I try to play a video on - from any site such as YouTube
or Vimeo - the video tends to jitter followed by pausing indefinitely.

System info:
Oracle VirtualBox with Guest Additions (v5.1.6)
128MB dedicated GPU RAM
2048MB dedicated RAM
3D graphics are enabled
PAE enabled
