Broken for me too, looks like 0.28 files are still dated 10/10/2016, so
maybe change not live yet.

     mythtv (0.28.0+fixes.20161010.7c91ab6-0ubuntu0mythbuntu5)
     mythtv-frontend (0.28.0+fixes.20161010.7c91ab6-0ubuntu0mythbuntu5)

  Trying to reinstall mythtv-frontend:
  myth@mythtv-front:~$ sudo apt-get install mythtv-frontend
  ...
