[Bug 1669943] [NEW] Openshot 2.2 crashes when fast forwarding video

Public bug reported:

When you right click on a video and select "Fast forward" in the time
options (choose any value) it will crash if you attempt to play it
afterwards.

I am on Ubuntu 16.04.2 64 bits with Openshot 2.2 AppImage.

ffmpeg version 2.8.11-0ubuntu0.16.04.1
melt 6.5.0
