  Help "menu" should have an "About" item

Bug description:
  By convention, most application's have an "About" item in their "Help"
  menu. This helps people find out which version of the software they
  are using.

  Chromium has this dialog - accessible from the "wrench" - but it is
  not available in the "Help" menu.
