Title:
unable to change check spelling language in an textarea without
  refreshing the page

Status in Chromium Browser:
  Unknown
Status in chromium-browser package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Hello,
chromium browser is still unable to change check spelling language in an textarea (via right click) without refreshing the page (which results to losing the data input and is frustrating anyway)...

Firefox, to the contrary, does not have problem to change it on-the-
fly. But it seems FF uses some different mechanism, because it looks
slightly different - see the attachments.

There must be a bug somewhere :(
