  freeradius-mysql crash on freeradius startup

Bug description:
  Ubuntu 20.04 fresh install
  Freeradius crash on startup with core dump.
  libmysqlclient21 version 8.0.20-0ubuntu0.20.04.1
  After downgrading libmysqlclient21 to 8.0.19-0ubuntu5 it works fine.
