[Question #224251]: shows no user despite having users available.

Hi

I am facing this strange problem for past 2 days. Despite having users with a particular file it shows as no users.

Scene is something like this.

I added a few files to download. 
it now shows no users. 
when I search for alternates it gives me a long list of users with the particular file. 
it downloads the filelist.
and still there is no change in user listing in my download ques.


can anybody help me resolve this problem???
