I am getting the error message "Download failed: connection refused" when I am trying to access hublists on linux dcpp. How should I change my connection or firewall settings? I am using Ubuntu 14.04 LTS and also an institution wifi, with their own proxy settings. I'm a novice with linux. So, please give me a simple description as to how to solve this problem.
