I don't think we can add a pause all button with the current interface,
but if we redesign the interface as mentioned in bug #406062 then it
might be possible. But really your main problem is that LinuxDC++ is
using up all your available bandwidth and you can't use other programs.
DC++ added bandwidth throttling recently so once they make a stable
release this functionality will be available in LinuxDC++.
