The text "ДАРВИН" is uppercase, "дарвин" is lowercase.
Hub encoding was set to CP1251.

I decided that the bug is in LinuxDC++ because every search with
cyrillic (all lowercase or some uppercased) string finds only those
files whose name have _exact_ match with searched string. Besided,
search the same strings with EiskaltDC on the same hub works case
insensitive.

It's really frustrating that search with cyrillic is case sensitive while english search is case insensitive.
