[Question #100123]: Speed trigger for alternative searches needed.

I usually load with over than 9 megaBYTES per second speed, but the client  automatically searches alternatives.
I wish a feature, triggered by overall speed of the file load. Something like "open new additional slot if speed is less than...", but "search for alternatives for a file if the file speed is less than"

Also it can be stupid if I load something like 50 megaBYTES between two my servers and the client tries to get an alternative...
