[Bug 465614] Re: transmit or receive files again and again

I don't think this is a bug (at least not in the sending client). If the
file TTH doesn't match it is possible that it is redownloaded again and
again. Other possibilities for file looking like it is retransferred
again and again is segmented downloading.

Bug description:
I think I have found a bug.
I was watching transfers bar and found that one file transmitts again and again. To a user which have already got some data in 10megabytes per second during more than 5 minutes. The transfer was the same. It was restarting again ngd again. I thing user got something like 10 GB of data while the file was 1,37.

Also I have noticed such problem using the client to download from another user. Few months ago. The source client programm was linuxdcpp (ver???). So was mine (1.0.2 or 1.0.3). The file was loaded for more than 10 times. Then I deleted that file from the queue.

I have got "linuxdcpp_1.1.0-0ubuntu1~bzr337_amd64.deb" now. So I have noticed the transmittion bug using the trunk version.
