Bug description:
DC++ 0.7091
Windows Vista Ultimate x64

I've noticed that very often when a user is connecting to me (status says connecting in the connections tab), for about five seconds DC++'s CPU usage spikes to 100% (well, 100% of one of my cores), any file hashing pauses, and any uploads seem to pause, though I cannot be sure of whether the uploads are actually pausing, or just the information about them in the connections tab is. Also, on some occasions (when the timing is just right), if I right click on the hub tab just as a user is connecting, the menu does not open for the same 5 seconds, although with that exception the DC++ interface seems to pretty much continue functioning normally while the user is connecting. I assume some thread is doing something it shouldn't. I hope that's enough information to help pinpoint which one, and how.
