Status in DC++: New

Bug description:
For users with multiple net connections binding to multiple IPs without having to run multiple copies would be great.
In Vuze it's straightforward:

Instead of one IP, you enter as many as you have and DC++ uses the first for the hub communication and the rest for UL/DL
