Same system message as before using 0.77

Error hashing <filename>: The process cannot access the file because it
is being used by another process.

Should be said that my temp folder is on a different disk than the final
folder. Maybe DC is trying to hash before its done copying the final
file over, even though this only take like a second or two.

Bug description:
Using the "Add finished files to share instantly" will produce this error and files will not be available before next auto refresh.
Guessing this came along with the segmented downloads.
