Bug description:
V0.707

Tab highlight on content change does not appear to be working for me under Vista32 SP1.  But Ok on XP SP2.

Even with all boxes checked for 'Tab highlight on content change', when a new PM or other message comes through I hear the ping but cannot see any difference in the tabs to see which one has been updated.
