Sounds like a good candidate for a plugin, if DC++ ever adds a plugin

Bug description:
I want to ask to add a "CSV Adder" function.

User can add csv files and compare with saved filelist from other dc++ user.
If the was found a file which was the same as at the csv file.
The file goes automatically to the dc++ download waitinglist.

Collectorgroups use csv files to sort and collect jpgs, mpgs, mp3, etc.

The Client DC++ 0.770 don`t have this function and the mod client don`t work by many hubs
