In general with bug reports please state the version you're using. (Even
if it probably doesn't matter in this case)

I assume that those downloads are in running state? AFAIR dlqueue is
only updated when it is opened or the download status changes. So do you
get the updated data if you close the queue and reopen it?

Bug description:
The percentage of completion for a file which is being downloaded, sticks at 0% in the Downloaded column, of the Download Queue tab.
