Razz,

The dl queue does not update in real-time but say if I shut down dc++
and then come back on, the dl queue will update unfinished downloads.

An additional note in regard to segmented downloading:

I belong to 3 lossless music sharing hubs that have about 20-35 members
on each hub and each hub highly discourages segmented downloading and in
my humble opinion it should not be enabled by default.

To the best of my knowledge I'm the only one who uses the Linux port of
DC++ and for Windows users, the client most recommended is CzDC-0699
because it does not segment download.

Bug description:
The percentage of completion for a file which is being downloaded, sticks at 0% in the Downloaded column, of the Download Queue tab.
