This can be because hashdata corruption in either your or the peer's
side, a case like described in
https://answers.launchpad.net/dcplusplus/+faq/1246 or
http://dcpp.wordpress.com/2008/10/24/the-case-of-a-missing-tree and most
probably a support issue.

Bug description:
I have got some one requested down/uploadings more than 100 times!!!! in a period of several months. One should be enough. 
How I can realize that up/downloading will happen only one time? 
Even one searched item will be up/downloaded 10 and more times at the  same time.
