Well fixed the old patch to include TransferView as well and remove any
characters if no ip is found i.e. no "N/A" just blank goodness...same
for TransferView ... hopefully get some positive feedback and possible
inclusion into the source.

Bug description:
For a while I have been meaning to do this, but I believe that the current IP column should be changed and split off into two columns, IP and Country, instead of having XX(1.2.3.4) in the IP column, it should be made the bare IP 1.2.3.4 with another column known as "Country" to show the 2 letter country code, and in the case of none being available show "N/A" as the country code. It would look much nicer and be much easier to copy the ip (instead of having parenthesis and the country code being copied along with it)
