Changed the content a lot, and will add more features later. 
I make this report invalid because at dslreports bsod maintains an independent DC faq which is not  part of the DC++ project....

Specific points:
1) Far too much emphasis (second section, even before features) on comparisons with original NMDC software.
2) Feature updates stop at 0.4033.
3) Every link in the "Features - Non-configurable" except "ADC Protocol" links to the old wiki.dcpp.net, which is gone.
