I agree with Toast, this should be included as a plugin. I'm a firm
believer in every program should have a single overall purpose. In this
case, acting as a file manager or audio jukebox is not the purpose of
DC++. At the very least, it doesn't make sense to have any mention of
winamp in the core, even if it is for only saving of settings.

Bug description:
Well since cologic added Winamp "spam" capabilities to as of the latest revision thought i would make a patch for settings dialogue (ps i didn't wanna edit the help stuff but if its a problem im sure i could fix it ...although i did help ID for it so...)
