dont worry bm this is gonna be in plugin form later on why it got in
dcpp for the moment is being discussed imho it should be removed and
plugin api should be added instead

Bug description:
Well since cologic added Winamp "spam" capabilities to as of the latest revision thought i would make a patch for settings dialogue (ps i didn't wanna edit the help stuff but if its a problem im sure i could fix it ...although i did help ID for it so...)
