Because we (as in the core adchpp developers) are not interested in
developing a GUI. We do provide the necessary bits for others to do so
though, and you can support those who do with feature requests and
testing if you don't want to do development...

nice to see SSL finaly get implemented in a hubsoft , about time. anyways a few missing options/features 4 it :P

GUI, we need that if we are to use it, and fully understand it .

if you are a "nerd" u can config this the hard way, but most are not and we need a GUI for it.

older hubsofts have GUI to set up difrent settings etc. we need this here too :P

IF this are going to be popular soft in future.
