The problem is occuring only on some accented words it's not based on
chracter

Zuc ddeek a jeho reptajc vnuk
this shoulfd be origanally
Zuřící dědeček a jeho reptající vnuk 

and the characters ř í č ě are encoded on some other files in good way even from same hub
that why I had submited this bug

  kind of whitespace instead accented characters in downloaded files

Bug description:
  in filenames with accented chracters is appearing whitespace and its impossible to process them for example in krename until the name is corrected by hand
the name is:
Zuc ddeek a jeho reptajc vnuk
instead of
Zurici dedecek a jeho reptajici vnuk

Character  encoding on first page of ldcpp is set to system default
