Title:
  Multiple password input dialogs can appear for a single hub

Status in DC++:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  1) Enable popup dialog for password input
2) Connect to a hub where you have no saved password
3) x=1
4) The popup dialog appears
5) Don't enter anything into that dialog, just wait. After a while, if you don't enter a password, the hub should disconnect you with the "Password timeout" reason -- note that this step require that the hub has a password timeout
6) When the hub closes the connection, the password dialog doesn't go away
7) DC++ reconnects to the hub after a few minutes, then a new dialog appears, so now you have ++x dialogs on your screen
8) Goto 5)

If you keep your DC running for several hours (for example you are not at home), you will have hundreds of password input dialogs on your screen :)

So the solution would be that the dialog should go away as soon as the connection is closed.
